This is one of the saddest episodes in the series (from what I could remember) and Conan talking about the toothbrushes did nothing to cheer me up.

dang this was a sad murder case

That was heartbreaking

can't imagine the regret, if only they talk it out :(

Really she should have just gotten angry at her sister like all siblings do. Get all the grievances off her chest and get to know the true feelings of her sister.

Definitely one of the saddest cases.

No nah really this case is sorta like a few murders in my opinion I mean the snow woman case was kinda better than this

I love when Conan tells Takagi to do something and he just does it no questions asked.

Why'd Kogoro take so long to pass out this time

They might assume, he is playing. Coz they find him hidding around Kogoro during cases often. I think in previous episodes, he once explained that he was playing detective (Not sure of this coz its been too long since I watched this).
I assume they think he's playing coz he is afterall a 7+ yrs old kid

lol the disapearing Conan at 7:41 when he ran behind Kogoro, and his little "--Uncle!" was so cute. ...8:17, it's so obvious Conan! How has he fooled everyone so far. Damn, that ending was so sad. So her sister knew she was gonna kill her? Was that why she was acting strange when she was preparing the tape strips.

Jealousy

Rather than jealousy, I would say inferiority complex. The younger sister was probably better at the same things she was good at. Her jovial and kind nature attracted others attention and love compared to her which made her feel inferior.

the ending was really sad. regret setting in won't change anything, it's so horrying to kill your innocent and loving caring sister like that for a guy that isn't even interested in you...
plus the d3ad sister even cared enough not to buy those dangerous detergents to protect her sister just in case... wow. truly tragic.

Man, The dead sister shouldn't accept that guy proposal, There is a line that even siblings shouldn't cross. If she (dead sister) really loved her sister, She would have told her the truth about the situation even if it will be hard on her.

Overall, bad writing but not the worst.
